Terms of Service

• Free buyer matches. Ten buyers in the country you choose, each with a one-line reason they fit you, sent within 48 hours of your request.
• The Outreach Campaign. We research buyers, contact them on your behalf, follow up, handle replies in coordination with you, send you a short report every Friday, and introduce you to each buyer who shows interest. A campaign covers one country, or one region where the countries are small.

Emails go out from our own sending address, signed by Keti as the representative of your company. Replies come to us, and we pass every interested buyer on to you. We never contact customers or distributors you have told us to leave out.

• Accurate information about your business and products.
• The materials buyers ask for, such as an export price list in English and samples you can send.
• The right to sell the products you ask us to promote, in the country you choose.
• A list of any customers or distributors we must not contact.

The free buyer matches cost nothing. A campaign costs 990 EUR, payable before the campaign starts. Payments are processed by Stripe.

If we do not deliver at least 3 interested buyers within 30 days of the first email we send, we refund half of the campaign fee. The full rules, including what counts as "interested", are in our Refund Policy.

We promise matched buyers and real conversations. We do not promise a signed deal, an order or a particular result. You negotiate and close the deal with each buyer, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a buyer.

Do not use the service to promote products that are illegal, deceptive or harmful, or to misrepresent your business. We may stop a campaign that breaks these rules, and no refund is due in that case.

You keep all rights to your brand and materials. You allow us to use them to run your campaign. The buyer matches and reports we send you are for your own use.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for the campaign the claim relates to. We are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
