From you, when you ask for your free buyer matches or start a campaign:

• Your name, email address, website and the country you want to sell in.
• Information you share with us about your business, such as your price list, product range, samples policy and customers to leave out.
• Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

From your visit to this site: basic usage information such as pages viewed and device type, collected with Google Analytics.

• To prepare your free buyer matches and to run your campaign.
• To contact you about your matches, your campaign and your account.
• To keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
• To meet legal obligations.

To run a campaign we contact business people at importers, distributors, retailers and private label buyers, using their business contact details from publicly available business sources. Our emails say who is writing and on whose behalf. Anyone we contact can ask us to stop, and we will.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The buyers we introduce you to, who receive your company name and the product information needed for the conversation.
• Service providers that help us run the service: Hetzner (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), and the tools we use to send emails and process information.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We keep your information for 1 year after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Email [email protected] and we will reply.
