Refund Policy

The 10 buyer matches are free, so there is nothing to refund.

A buyer is interested when they ask for a price list, samples, a call or terms, or ask for more information.

These do not count: a no, a not now, an out-of-office reply, a bounced email, or a question about who we are.

If we have not delivered 3 interested buyers within 30 days of the first email we send, we refund half of the campaign fee you paid for that campaign.

When the 30 days are over, email [email protected] with your name and the country of your campaign. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

The guarantee covers interested buyers, not a signed deal. You close the deal with each buyer. See our Terms of Service for the full picture.
